RetailPOS gives you the numbers to run the shop, not a data-science project. The Today summary, the Z-report, a stock valuation and sales-by-category cover the daily questions; exports get your data out whenever you want it.
The daily reports
- Today — sales, tenders and tax for the active store.
- Z-report — the shift close-out with the cash-drawer maths.
- Valuation — what your on-hand stock is worth.
- By category — where the money actually comes from.
Exports
Export orders to CSV for your accountant or a spreadsheet. Need everything? The tenant snapshot exports your whole business to a single JSON file — a point-in-time backup you own.
Tip:Your data is never locked in. The tenant export is a full, portable copy on demand.
Frequently asked
- Are reports per store or business-wide?
- Day-to-day reports are per store (scoped to the active store). Switch stores with the top-bar pill to see another location.
- Can I get all my data out?
- Yes — export orders to CSV, or the full tenant snapshot to JSON at any time.
